As part of our Services, we offer our Simulation Lab platform, powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies (collectively, "AI Products"), which simulate real-world users, tools, and workflows to help teams generate training data and reward signals and evaluate AI agents. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with applicable laws, this Privacy Notice, and our agreements with third parties, to safeguard your personal information throughout the process.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn't possible, securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. Withdrawing your consent: where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to DNT browser signals at this time. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and will not do so belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

We will honor opt-out preferences enacted via the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal on your browser. Under certain state laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity, using only the personal information provided in your request or, if necessary, additional information for identity verification and security/fraud-prevention purposes.

Appeals

Under certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing info@collinear.ai. We will inform you in writing of any action taken, including our reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Australia and New Zealand

We collect and process your personal information under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information at any time, and to submit a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Office of New Zealand Privacy Commissioner respectively.

Republic of South Africa

You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.
